As a newcomer to Sylvie's works, I was beyond pleasantly surprised. I think this might be my new favorite author.
The prose was delightful and engaging, the dialogue natural and smooth, the world (which I'm not going to even attempt to spell) was richly detailed and extremely intriguing, and the story was wonderful.
I will definitely be waiting eagerly for the rest of this series, and will amuse myself with other works by this author in the meantime.
